Saw this clause.

Annual fee will be automatically waived if cardmember's past 12 month spend is S$25,000 or more.*To enjoy free membership from the second year onwards, simply charge a minimum of S$25,000 to the Card each Card Year and have your annual fee waived. If the minimum spend criteria of S$25,000 is not met or if the Card is cancelled within each year of the Main Cardmember's Card account opening date, a fee of S$180 (Main Cardmember) and S$90 (Supplementary Cardmember) where applicable, will be imposed.*

So 2nd year onwards, if I cancel card I have to die die pay $180?

previously i charge to OCBC frank card and was not entitled to rebates (directasia) . Called bank to check and was informed that they did offline payment , so it is not a VISA/MASTER verified transaction, therefore not entitled to rebates. Same way as someone mentioned some hotels do not entitled to rebates from the way they handled the payment trans.

If this is the case, it will not be entitled for woman card as well. But , you can try and let us know :)

Gropon purchases

Can anyone confirm that groupon purchases earn 10X? Also are there any additional fees?

If you choose to use paypal to pay for your purchase in groupon, it will definitely earn 10x.

no more jetquay n comgateway privileges

so sad that now they no longer hv the complimentary jet quay services for 2 pax. n now com gateway is also no longer having any special privileges for this card

This waiver thing depends on "luck".
was just imposed on 24th Apr the annual fee($160.50)- called on 28th n leave a msg for waiver-no response 5 working days later.
decided to call hotline to chk- was told "rejected" but CSO was kind to offer a manual overide.
checked today n the fee was waived!:)
