For the first $2000 charged in that calendar month you get 10x points, the rest get normal 1x.

$2000 = 4000 points
$3000 = 600 points
Total = 4600 points

Sure, you'll get more points if you used your Altitude charged in FCY. Or you could charge first 2K to Woman's online and the rest via Altitude (if you're able to split the payment) to maximize your points earning.

your $5k charge is to hotels and such? If you can break down your spending for me, I can give some advise. Send me a PM if it's sensitive.

That is correct, for the first S$2k charged per calendar month charged to online only spending, you earn 10x points (4miles/S$). You can redeem the points to FFP Miles via the DBS Rewards site.

I use PayPal a lot.. merchants and eBay individuals.
All these transactions via PayPal will earn the 10x right? Not like some cards screen manually against some predefined merchant list?

My Straits Times recurring monthly subscription is charged to my PayPal account. Previously, I have set it up for PayPal to deduct it from DBS Woman Card. However, noted that I was only awarded 1X point. As such, for recurring transactions via PayPal, it seems that you will not get 10X points.

How is the transaction code different for recurring versus normal PayPal transactions? If I were you, I would hve called the bank to raise this issue for the points.
