this is different from what the CSO replied to my email enquiry last week. See post #305.

Now they SMS to say a new card will be sent. After the SMS I checked the app - expiry date and CCV still the same. That means no need change ApplePay, Google Pay or recurring while waiting for the physical card.

It really depends? For my case it is the same, but for others it seems it could be different too.

Errr it is stated in the letter which your card sticked to it. "Guaranteed S$5 Cashback", read again. I am no big spender, few hundreds a month.

Only difference I see is no 50 years since 1973 logo on the front of the card anymore.

So are you suspecting they kena buy over from other companies? 50 years is testament to the company reputation anyhow remove must be something big going on. Or they count wrongly should be more than 50 years?

Same reason why we no longer use the SG50 logo in 2026 bah, nothing nefarious.

suggest you give them a call to verify if the card has been ent out or it is a case of misdelivery.

They tell me they dunno when card will be sent out.... No control and oversight over their entire business...

I ask them what if it's misdelivered they got nothing to answer me

For info. Aug 2026 statement if cannot viewed from DCS app use the web browser login can get and finally also to download statement as pdf. It seems DCS web browser online more better than DCS mobile app
