Same date applied...same results (Rejection). Now got rejected by BOC, SCB & MBB liao...now only left with HSBC which is still hanging in mid air...my CCS counselling session is only 1.5 weeks away..I don't think I have the time to go for another DCP application..Only hope is that CCS will help me to put up a DMP proposal to the banks.

Don't give up, try calling hsbc and ask ur cso to check if your application is moving. They can see from the system when the processing last checked your applications.

What's ur cbs rating btw?

I called this morning already, she said it is moving but can't give me an estimate on when I can expect an outcome.

That's good no news means good news. At least it's moving at the moment that means it's not an outright rejected case.

That was what I was told previously too. Just take it easy since your CCS counselling is round the corner. At least u got 2 hope rather than 1

Should be OK since even FF rating approved by hsbc, you stand a chance.

Well..I suppose I can see it in that way..still got a glimmer of a hope...I will call every other day to ask on the status. Today I already called, so probably next Tues I will give her a ring to check on the status again...but I don't think I got time to try DCP with another bank liao...HSBC is my last attempt liao...strange that CCS is actually more efficient than HSBC.

Fingers crossed lah...but seriously don't know why this time round the rejection didn't hit me as hard as the initial 2 rejections..was like half expecting it liao..but I will still work on chasing HSBC to give me a response before my CCS Counseliing session..

Ya keep calling them , I called my cso everyday sometimes twice a day.one in the morning one before she knock off.hahaha she also buay tahan me lol

My CCS was accessed by Maybank yesterday...If yours is accessed today maybe you call on Monday lor..If not rejected means u stand a good chance of getting an approval..All the best !

I just called and the can officer no idea yet though as it is still too early to check.

Looking at yr rating and DTI is not that bad.

Is it because u got high commitment ?

Probably of my car loan commitment of $446 per month lor.. Flat has been fully paid

Maybe try a longer tenure so that monthly installment will decrease. They might take petrol, parking fees, summons and maintenance into account too since having a car is another burden.
