I hope to get good news from HSBC soon!!! Waiting game is not fun and banks are pressing me for minimum payment and RAS payments.

Can't sleep can't eat! How did i landed in such a situation!

Rejected by BOC, OCBC, UOB and Maybank

Bro for HSBC the CSO can check for you and later on they will send you the response via post. My experience with Maybank is that the CSO told me the same and I received the rejection letter via post. It was fast.

Just don't mention! Me too and I do not know when this will end. Hopefully your DCP/DMP will be approved.

sorry but how do you know your application with ocbc was rejected?

I think there's a cap of 100k though? I was looking at it too. Basically right now the options are try DCP then DMP then DRS.

seriously once i settle all these ****, i will not touch cc anymore. Really hate myself for being in such dire state 😭

Same la. Young and dumb and signed up for too many CCs and spent like no tomorrow. Now older and look back and go wtf.

i havent got rejected before. ocbc is the first bank that i applied for the dcp. but think if got rejected i will not apply from 2nd bank again. the process and the waiting are making me really anxious. been checking my ocbc account many times a day, hoping to see the dcp account being opened. but as just wishful thinking of me

Don't give up.
While waiting, check with other banks?

Why try ocbc in the first place? There are banks that process faster. Hsbc will made u wait until mad. Try boc or maybank

Actually, have you all see your CBS report and come across your cc bank did a "review" in your account recently?

I saw DBS had a review into my record before I applied DCP from Citibank and Maybank.
I have received a brochure on DCP from DBS also. So feeling hopeless, I just decide to try with DBS and I gotten it.
Not sure if the "Review" sort of like being chosen liao.

But of course, approval/rejection of the application for DCP is up to the discretion of the bank.

What I'm trying to say here is, don't rule out whatever bank that has DCP.
call them to find out more.

I know how tiring it is to submit application after application. But if we don't try, we never know.
