Yes. They are fast. The CSO is really hardworking. 7-7.30pm still call
Me on status and all...and Every other day he will call up for more documents and some I left out. The whole process took almost 2 months. And I think during the processing period, it was rejected, but he resubmit and appeal again for 3x actually. And I was on the final stage for a week. Then kena the rejection after all the nightmares and sleepless night. He was disappointed with the news too. I told him it's ok. There's nothing much he can do liao.

I will update my blog tomorrow morning...don't know why i feel so relieved & so exhausted at the same time...after 3 rejections...(4 if u considered OCBC as they didn't even want to accept my application)


NOA: 70K
Loan: 104K (with 5% buffer)
DTI: 17.83 (with buffer), 16.97 (without buffer)
Tenor: 7 years
Other loan commitments: Car loan of $425 per month
CBS ratings: GG at point of application, DD midway through & HH as of DCP approved date.
