but might go up yr house to take whatever thats worth value?

Hi, may i know which banks are easier for approval for DCP?

Tried Maybank - rejected
Citibank - they mentioned unable to apply due to their internal policy ???
Standard Chartered Bank - because my grading is HZ (meaning I must settle outstanding payments with the other banks first then can apply)

But if I can settle the payments I won’t resort to DCP. So what else can I do or which other banks? I’m afraid all banks say the same thing and have to resort to CCS DMP instead already -.-

you should try UOB, i got rejected by Maybank with a score of 1720 HH. Maybank took 1 week to reject me.

UOB took 2 working days to approve me =) , of course UOB has a higher interest rate. you can PM me if anyone needs UOB CSO contact , lets all get out of debt soon

I applied UOB online but not sure if my documents went in successfully. Mind giving me the number for your CSO?

anyway just a piece of advice for people who have their DCP approved. Thats only start of Step 1.... the next is to hound the various banks to cancel and follow up the status of the cancellation and refund of the credit balance(if any) .

In my case, UOB disbursed my full loan amount to various banks, all swee swee until i saw one of my POSB Loan still have outstanding balance!!!! i called UOB , told me $ already out to POSB. I called POSB, they said no $ coming in..... now i kena ping pong situation and first installment for the DCP already coming up.

argh sibei suay, now i everyday chasing UOB to update me what is going on..... the amount not small leh....

Yeah, called them up and they hv admin fee of $1k plus on top of the own submission of form to high court which is already $2k. Where got so much money? Currently already booked an info talk with CCS on Dec 16, meanwhile waiting for DCP approval from UOB/HSBC. Damn sian ah. Wait and wait, hopefully got good news from somewhere soon. That will be my best xmas present for this year

dont trust those dubious dept management plan, the only legit one that banks recognized is ccs.

forget standard chartered, their risk appetite is very small. just go directly for the UOB and sms the CSO directly , she will handle it all for you.

i have been paying 1.3k+ every month for 4.5yrs for my dmp...

if i can do it, so can u guys!!

im out of dmp officially!

ccs informed me that they will be sending a note to CBS on the completion of my dmp.

Only 1.3k per month n only 4.5yrs. your total debt should be only around 70k? Anything lesser than 5 yes stand a good chance to complete imo. I know some took the max 8yrs, struggling n don't know can complete or not.

thanks for posting this. i didn't realise we need to chase the other banks to refund the credit balance! most of my cards have a few hundred allowances and i assumed they would do it automatically. do you know how they will refund the money - is it by cheque?

Yup by cheque. But if you have outstanding on POSB/DBS and you have a savings account with them they will transfer to your saving account.

My personal view is for HZ rating pls go CCS. The chances of getting dCP approved is very slim

I am a HZ . I wasted 4 months in Dcp and got rejections. Currently on dmp paying $1.2k per month for first yr and $3k from 2nd yr n 3rd yr. reason is i am also paying moneylender money at monthly basis so ccs gave me a stagger repayment scheme which is what i want also. I can complete my dmp in 3 years time. Already been on dmp for 3 months... counting down
