. Can you break down your expenses minus income for your dmp review
it was 4yrs+ ago so exact details cant remember.
but my gross per mth was around 4-5k+ back then including OT., yr end bonus also fixed.
my first round of approval banks actually wanted me to pay more each mth due to my high gross and they also looked into how much my wife earns. but at that point of time i had a leg injury that doesn't allow me to chiong overtime so my gross dropped.
and i die die tried to convince my ccs cso that i dont wanna involve my wife, so she tried her best to help me.
i owned a bto also and they will also ask u to consider renting out a room to help pay debts. my wife just nice was also pregnant so alot of factors helped push my monthly payment down abit.
they finally agreed to use my basic pay excluding overtime to calculate my final payment, my basic was around 3k+ , take home was around 2k+ , so after deducting 1.3k+ per mth, life was a little hard as my wife was pregnant with my first kid.
but lucky for me i have 2 bonus per yr and during this 2 bonus period, they didnt expect me to full and just pay normally as per agreed, so i have extra to tide through.
so stuffs they consider to minus off your monthly pay is.
-grocery
-allowance u give parents
-wedding/funeral - angbao/peh kim (they consider this and average out)
- bills
- medical
- insurance
- entertainment (weekend entertainment spending)
- cigarette if u smoke.
- kids
jus declare realistically and the ccs cso will help u adjust accordingly but of cos final approval will be from all the banks.
