Hi, been following this thread for a few weeks now. Previously my dcp application got rejected by hsbc. Applied mbb 2 weeks ago. Called them up today and got to know it was rejected as well.
Trying for scb now.

Debt: 44K
Grade: FF, 1762

Just to emphasize that there is no typo. The oa which is office assigne actually agree to my repayment plan of $600 a mth so only less than half of my total debt can be claimed by my debtors. That's why most banks won't want you to do DRS cos they sure lose their leverage. Banks are interested to keep you paying more over a long period.

This my friend is very true. Cos DRS is debtor wins, creditors lose.

Need advice!

How to know whether dcp is not approved... coz in cbs new application for DC but till now no result whether approve or not. Or should wait a little longer?

I guess now many Singaporeans are in debt. Please wait for the banks to reply you. When the cap of 12x monthly income kicks off next year, most banks and CCS will be very busy!

Then when i call back they say will ask the DCP team to call me again..

Anyone managed to get through with a slightly less than 12x bti? I've already maxed out all my cards but am still unable to hit the 12x (still only about $350 less than 12x). Anyone knows of any banks that will go through with it? Thanks!

not necessary. it means they gone through your application only. it can be approved or rejected.

Letters and calls are non stop.

But even DRS may need a job and regular or some means to pay... which really means I am screwed this time. Bad.

All maxed out including cashline just to hit the 12x bti but still $300 short my pay quite straightforward ($48000 annual) so the 3 banks that I talked to that time all said that because I was about $46300, they can't process it. I maxed everything and hit $47 650, but still about $350 short aargh. Plus they said they are v strict with the 12x so I'm now seriously at a loss aargh.

DRS will need you to show some form of stable income.

I think you file for bankruptcy. Even if bankrupt still can leave the country but need to get permission.

That's true.

The banks call me for payment but I just told them I not paying. They also LLST.

Citibank and ocbc can up temporary credit limit online , approve immediately then can take cash out.

Oh thanks so much for this! I just went to check and they do indeed have this option but not sure if it's still subject to approval cos they might reject. But at least I have something to work with, thanks yhs! Cos hsbc just replied to say that they can't process mine even with this $300 shortage, man!

dont bother to apply with hsbc. btw uob just call me, but not much hope.

What did the CSO said? Did uob view ur cbs report? I got free report from uob for new dcp application but i also think no hope... i dun get any calls or sms... so just wait for rejection mail maybe...
