u havent even got chased by banks, i got chased by banks, received writ of summons.

i was damn worried they will come auction my stuffs cos i own a house.

i went thru the most paranoid 2 mths of my life. imagine the amount of stress i went thru when my daughter was delivered in march and my dmp only got approved in may.

the delivery fees, the gynae fees, with banks chasing me. i can't even share my problems with anyone.

thats why i at a lost now.... walking down the street ... i thinking if time can rewind back.. i wont do this type of mistake again.but ... i know is impossible for time to rewind back.is like a karma... why we own debt?becos i should have not been so greedy and also.... not so hot headed.

Hv u booked ccs talk? Me going on wed night bro, same la min cannot pay so steady. For money lender seek help from family. Banks go ccs.

your money lender is 3k, abit fortunate to say its not a huge amount. like what louis suggested, seek help from really close friends, close relatives or siblings?

then really dont waste time already, book a slot with ccs. if banks chase u, just tell them u are already in touch with ccs and they are in the midst of helping u.

authorized moneylenders (AML) are regulated. unlike those loansharks.

they also look at your monthly CPF contributions, NOA, monthly income and whether you borrow money from other AMLs. and must go down to their shops personally. I do agree to rope in help from family for AML.

Talk to the banks and try to work out something with your respective banks. anyway, at the end of the day, they just want their money back.

and talk to CCS.

DCP is a commercial plan offered by banks. They leave it to the banks to process and approve.

DMP is the next step if banks don't approve DCP. CCS does have a track record in this area. But you won't be able to use unsecured credit for a long long time.

Not like anyone would jump back into the lion's den after CCS saves you and you clear the DMP... Right?

I was actually debt free for many years until I took up CC then things just happen... too easily accessible, too easier lured to use.... haizzzz. If this time round BOC approve my DCP, not gonna use CC anymore.... not gonna go back to this trap again

Same here. At most I rather my other half have the CC instrad

Anyway, Citi representative just contacted me that my case is still pending. He mentioned that they both ** and debt to income ratio is correlated, so if your ** is bad then debt to income ratio shouldn't be too high. Otherwise you have to work on increasing your ** rating. At least at this juncture I'm still at 50/50 chance. Gonna keep you guys updated over the next few days...
