Yeah if you need DCP or DMP the minimum sum is eating into the expenses alrdy... For most of us here

HSBC's calculation as follows:
1.19x annual income without buffer amount added
1.25x annual income with buffer amount added

I applied 6 years (but requested to change to 5), rating FF.

Still pending review outcome since 3/3.

I applied last tues... but they had been calling me to do some updates of statement required and get my verbal agreement to pay the banks the amt base on the statements I submitted

Very strange. Hopefully is approval since they alrdy indicated they will pay according to your statement balances and one of the features of DCP is that they block everything once approval is given.
