Now i roughly know y hsbc decline me less than 12 times. That time the sales did not count loan as early settlement. I guess the processing did an estimate early settlement on all loan. So very close to my NOA.
Now different, 3 banks statement got updated more interest charged and with BOC early settlement declaration. I think got chance.

HSBC's calculation as follows:
1.19x annual income without buffer amount added
1.25x annual income with buffer amount added

I applied 6 years (but requested to change to 5), rating FF.

Still pending review outcome since 3/3.

If you OCBC card, you can call them, they will tell you suspension due to DCP
