I'll be the devil's advocate this time.
First, the "rounding adjustment" should be ignored as it is the amount of both missing item combined, so it could be the restaurant not having the item requested and they simply put that amount as "rounding adjustment".
Second, the support staff, from what i can see, is very helpful.
There's two item missing here, they refunded the missing item, fair and square, end of story. The food is ****? Not Grab problem, take your complain to the restaurant. Grab in no way need to compensate you for the restaurant mistake as they're just the middle man.
