wow. thx man u guys...
u can upgrade the WWAN module to EU870D from novatel, im using it and work in korea toohow to upgarde my dell 1420 to surf on 3.5G without using external modem like vodafone?
currently using M1 mobile broadband, they supply the external modem![]()
I got my vostro1400 about 3 weeks back, to be exact was on 19th nov, got a 2gb (free upgrade of ram) with vista business and all others standard, at $1386. I have been busy since then, overseas, work all this stuff, causing me no time to try downgrading to xp, though i have been wanting to do so.
then lately, think last week, saw dell latest promo, and saw that now vostro 1400 comes with win xp! i am rather dulan, coz there was no other oprtion than vista thats y i opt vista when i bought online.
so just now i test water, call dell customer care to check if they provide downgrading service. ther person said yes, the procedure is they will arrange delivery to collect from u ($60), then replace with another one (another cost, 10% of the price u bought urs), and then u have to top up whatever difference of the same model same specs tat is selling now. i was like, wat the hell...... then asked if they can send me a copy of the drivers, the person said ned to check, will get back to me by end of day. shall see......
Does anyone knoe where I can upgrade/purchase Intel Core 2 Duo T7700/T7800 processors? Surely Dell do not provide after sales service to upgrade processors for current Inspiron series?
most likely it is > 2.5kg,
