my D620 latitude is giving off a slight buzzing sound from it's HDD whenever it's on batt, but it's gone when i turn on my AC. is there any drivers available for this or it's a hdd problem ?

hi, i am looking at their website now and from 1 yr to 3 yr extended is $339. ouch.

If i extend while using on the last month, do u know roughly how much more??
btw are u using this model 1400. The reviews are pretty good but now its crippled with onboard gfx.. but gain extra 1 gig ram.

I think you are very cash tight (in my case), u might wanna consider buying ext. warranty before the current expires, though it cost a bit more, but u have enough time to save up $ to buy it instead of buying together with the laptop.

I used to use Nero burner with my desktop where I can edit the song by editing it like normalizing, adding sounds effect like fade-in/fade-out before burning to music CD...... but this Roxio CD Creator come with the Dell does not have these functions right? Or have I overlook something?

Hi, i'm interested to get the vostro 1400 .

However my budget only allow me to upgrade either processor T5470 1.6ghz to T7250 2.0ghz or screen to ultraSharp widescreen.
Which one should i choose?

Is the proccessor 1.6ghz & 2.0ghz different alot on its performance?
Anyone can advise?

You can uninstall all the Sonic (Roxio) software and install Nero.
