Hi, i need to ask if i can upgrade my existing DELL INSPIRON 1420 from a integrated grafic card X3100 to a dedicated Ge-force one . And becos of that i also need to upgprade to a 90Watt battery from an existing 65 watt .
Is this possible ?

Hi do you get the extended warranty in Malaysia? Do you know whether the warranty you purchase in Malaysia is also applicable over in Singapore? Or do we need to send back to Malaysia?

how to use 3G broadband on mobile on D630?

Get a PCMCIA or USB modem from Singtel, install dialer and connect thru. OR choose to spend nearly $500 on Sierra-Wireless internal WWAN card for your 3G surfing

Yupz ... My understanding is you will need a WWAN card together with the data SIM to work.
But, too bad, our local ISP do not have WWAN mini card for our lappy ...

You can get thru dell 3rd party. The brand is Sierra-Wireless. Works with all the ISP.

Hi brothers,
I have just got a Dell Latitude D630.
I noticed i was not given a copy of windows Vista CD or DVD, im worried that i cannot reinstall and resetup my Lappy when i do a reformat.

I see a Recovery Drive and some folders in drive called OS ( all initial drives that just have come with the lappy ).

can i burn up everything from the recovery drive??? Or what is necessary to burn.
Please guide me on how to do .... Thanks. Like what to burn and what should i do.. Thx....

got arr.. i got those 2 CDs... but i dun have an orginal win vista CD...
I heard from someone can burn our from the recovery partition.

The Dell 5520 Broadband mini-card cost me US$199. Brought it via VPost cos DELL USA do not ship outside USA.

It's handy when there's no WIFI coverage. I'm using it when I'm at my in-law or parent place.

I'm on SingNet and paid $15 for 512k speed, free 50GB data.
