actually, one easy way that many people like me did, is to go Add/Remove Programs, delete all the bloatwares, rather than the reinstall.CPR123 said:Hmm tats mean i need to call up Dell to chase my invoice. for your bluetooth problem, go to Dell download site for the latest driver, see if it works. If not you may have to install a 3rd party driver.

The bag is for my storage when the lappy is not in use else my beagle will just love to give it a bite.
