none as I can recall, mind you that I work as an IT, so most stuff I can do on my own (like changing the RAM, etc) so in a sense the 1 year complete cover I bought was a complete waste of money :p

The exact telephone number can be found on your Tax Invoice

Try 1-800-394-7430

Important: Have your Service Tag Number ready

Repair is done on site.

Hi, like to ask if it is worth config a 6400 from a 2x512MB to a 2x1GB SDRAM for US$164 in the US site? Would it be cheaper to purchase a 1GB SDRAM from SLS, what is the type of SDRAM is compatible and rough price. Thanks.

Intending of getting a 1x1GB for the config to allow future upgrade but there is no such option. Would 1GB be enough to run vista smoothly? Thanks.

thanks for the number and links diavonex! :)

has anyone ever gone to any other repair shop to fix problems with their laptops? i'm wondering because dell has quoted $18 for a new laptop keyboard and $119 for service - sounds quite steep?
