I just learnt that for vista... its F8 instead of ctrl+F11... this will clash with those ppl who install WinXP over their vista. so please take note

hi all.

I was thinkin of ordering the D620 but with a WinXP OS instead of vista. However, the customisation page doesnt allow me to change to XP...any ideas ?? I wrote them an email ...no replies...call the CSO...put me on hold for abt 20 min....switched me to another CSO....waited for 10 min...hanged up...sianz.

HI all,

I'm a Dell Inspiron 700m user which i bought about 2.5 years ago

my screen is taking longer than usual to be bright(e.g. like the typical floruscent bulb after being use for a loong time)...anyone noes whether must change the screen and where to get it done..

pls help!!!

It won't be cheap.

You'll be surprised how some people really are not resourceful. Since we're all here to help, just try give him the benefit of the doubt. :)

Go down to DELL Kiosk at Suntec City and sort it out straight away; no extra charge.

You can also speak to Alex Yap (H.P. 98488489) kiosk account manager.

Add me to DELL family!

Hi all, I will be getting Inspiron 6400 very soon:) excited... but kind of dilemma right now, on whether to opt for Vista or XP as OS....:s11:, any good advice?
