I also want to get a New Monitor for my home since I am working from home for this one month, I wanted to get the U2419H initially but now looking at the Prism+ X315 and the Dell U2719D.

Comparing Prism+ X315 is for gaming and using VA Panel versus the IPS Panel on the Dell so not sure which to choose.

Yes yes me too for this one month and prob after that as well to play switch etc on the monitor. I am not keen on Prism as i have friends who bought it but broke down after a few month or less den a year.

I have been using dell monitors and found them to be ok and the warranty, one to one exchange was good too. i chatted with the Dell agent and gotten the quote for both U2719DC and U2720Q the price difference between them are just $40.

Oh I see, guess I will stick with Dell cos I dun feel quite like the curved screen and the VA Panel though.

Have you consider getting the Dell from Local Distributor on Lazada or Qoo10 which will be cheaper? How much is the price you get direct from Dell?

IPS always the first choice.

How much of a discount did you receive? Sometimes they can be quite flexible. Can try bargaining for 5years warranty also.

Opps. price increase liao...

That time I ask for online quotation is $758.
But managed to get a better deal offline :)

Oh, they give you the quotation of $758 still intact then it is really worth to get it.

You mean you just write in and ask for the price?

I see but I know the lead time might be longer if you get from Dell compared to local distributor, right?

I bought the 32” 4K monitor a few months back. I have to say when it comes to monitors especially for work Dell is the way to go.

The 4K monitor only has a refresh rate of 60Hz so not that great for gaming I’m told. I’m using it for the games I have and I couldn’t be happier :)
