feeling tempted to get one now from sls. is the 8ms response time noticeable in games?

considering between this and Asus vs239h-p(which has a 5ms response time)

me personally feel response time is a gimmick..

my LCD samsung monitor which i bought 7 years ago..also 8ms.

so many years later there are still 8ms screens in the markets..

yup and there are 5ms ones too.

Lately my samsung is giving problems already..anyway it last a good long 7 years..

I have been using this monitor for 3 months and I must say, bang for buck, this is the monitor to get. The price is competitive, given the fact that it uses premium ips panels. The monitor settings offers lots of customisations that allows you to calibrate it to your needs. And for me, the best part is the ability to adjust the height of the monitor, the angle of the panel (whether flat out or a slight sloping depending on how you view it) and also the ability to display it vertically.

The hinge is super solid, stable with a wide base for added stability. Lastly, the 5-year panel guarantee just sweetens the deal.

Im currently using it at home connected to my macbook air.

Just sharing my lobang - I just ordered a set from the Dell shop in Funan for $250, 3yrs warranty. Will be delivered to my house as they do not keep stocks. All prices are cheaper than the online store according to him.

Shd b ac power cord loose. The power cord is at an awkward position n not suitable for making adjustments as it might loosen up. It shd face back instead of point downwards.

Interesting. Wasn’t aware of such an order method. Must you come down there to order it? Guess you must as you can’t pay on phone and they won’t do cash on delivery just because you promise it.

After making some brave decisions, i've decided to remove the anti-glaring coating off from the monitor and be hold, the results were amazing!! The colors are so much richer and brighter and the blacks are so deep, i would say it's as close as the actual black.

WARNING: THIS WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
