yes..SLS...warranty is the same from dell~ heard latest price is 255 now.

just got the U2312HM yesterday.. overall is brighter and colors is more clearer than the u2312h.. but got some backlight bleeding at the left bottom corner.. only obvious when all black screen.. dunno want to try to get exchange or not.. think i can live with it
