just got the U2312HM yesterday.. overall is brighter and colors is more clearer than the u2312h.. but got some backlight bleeding at the left bottom corner.. only obvious when all black screen.. dunno want to try to get exchange or not.. think i can live with it

Power Supply Cable

I just got mine yesterday, however I didn't manage to find the power supply cable in the box.

The box only contains DVI cable, VGA cable and USB cable.

Does the power supply cable comes with the monitor? Or we gotta buy ourselves?

the power supply cable is not provided in the box, the shop should give it to you when you purchase the monitor.

just call dell say you want to buy the monitor.. then i say i saw in the shops is selling this much.. but your website is selling this... they will give you best price

Think someone have discuss this before.
Should be about the same? both IPS panel, just that Philips come with HDMI port but not for Dell. And if you like glossy finish then Philips may be what you are looking for.
Go take a look at both monitors with you own eye and pick the one that you like.
