Visited a different dentist this morning for my CBCT scan, everything done through Whatsapp, very responsive

RM150 including a consult after and the files.

pricelist at an angle because of reflection from the lamination. I recommend this 2 relatively young doctors

a few of my friends will be visiting to consult on veneers and also maintenance servicing

same RM150 for molar extraction

went back to the above mention Pergigian for my molar extraction.

Doctor was very gentle and explained every step.

Extraction, stitches and stitches removal in 1 week, medication; Amoxycillin and Etoricoxib, all in RM150

the equipment is cooler than the dentist i visited outside my condo.

Just went E&E Dental Clinic, usually I go CH TEE but E&E open on Sunday also. Scaling and polishing RM140.

On 14Jan2025 visited E&E & paid for:

1) filling up a chipped incisor, "Aesthetic Restoration", RM 150

2) Scaling & Polishing, RM 130

Total RM 280

today went back for my scaling polishing, filling and denture prep. Cannot not be birdie already, is really chep chep, i went for the "best" and instead of a whole piece, i took dentist advice and went with 1 side each instead of 1 whole piece, because dentist say most common complain is that cannot feel the food if do full arch, since there will be a piece of material on the roof of the mouth.

scaling and polishing, will take picture and show you before and after, i should have asked them for my own referral code

by whatsapp appointment strongly recommended

Has anyone try air polishing, rm50? Or is it a top up to normal scaling and polishing?

Came back from JB with my new night guard. Very well made and pleased with it (managed to collect it on the same day).

Dentist is at Mid Valley, considered as an 'atas' clinic. She was patient, detailed and gentle.

Their guard price is reasonable (same as the one I made in Mahkota Hosital Dentistry Dept few years back. E&E and CHT quoted me same price) - RM300 (incl about 20 min consultation) vs SGD300 - 500 if made in Spore.

Then I managed to find a place to botox my jaws. Am so impressed with the results. The jaw muscles like almost immediately feel relaxed (that I have been clenching for donkey years that I didn't even know what a 'relaxed jaw' should feel like). I slept so well last night!

RM888 that could last me 4- 6 months. My Spore dentist asked me to try for 2 years and if I am lucky enough, my jaw muscles may lost it's 'reflex' to clench after I stop the botox = will minimise the risk of I losing my teeth /high implant expenses due to chips/cracks from bad clenching habit.

So if you have the same bad reflex habit as me of clenching teeth, can try botox (do it under licensed doctor and never under beautician).

nice view, RM150 for pre molar extraction, all in. X-ray RM60 optional.

RM30 for Tramadol 50MG, RM10 for normal NSAID

i asked for tramadol

Doctor most gentle i have had and this is my 7th tooth extraction.

very nice guy, made an effort to remove all the fragments of my fractured tooth. Gave a discount because there were bits left. other option is to open up the gum, which he don't recommend and i agree. Not my first rodeo, which is also why i also ask for the good painkillers...

a little disappointing that My and Sg same, only up to Tramadol for tooth extraction, USA more relaxed, can get Hydrocodone, but US also give out Hydro like candy

Overall, i would recommend, 3 chair setup, clean enough to get the job done. There is a difference vs polyclinic, but i don't deem those as value adding for the price difference. Not to mention the wait times. I was the only one there, walk-in.

but as i left, got a parent bring in their little one for what looks to be like a routine checkup.

Likely this place

this will be the 7th tooth i will be extracting from my messed up mouth... will have 8th because got another tooth with cracks. and 2 more needs to be pulled out for implants, so total, including 4x wisdom tooth that i removed during NS for nearly 4 weeks of "MC" done during my final 6 months of "ORD life"

today going to try this JB dental clinic for extraction, need x-ray too, i will be using the x-ray for a consult on a Chennai dentist for implants, i'm still doing research, but for the number of implants i need to have done, it's at least 5x cheaper to have them done as a medical cost refugee...

i fractured yet another tooth, i know this tooth has a crack, when dentist update my chart, always hear them report 2 teeth with cracks...

had been deciding if i wanted to go back to SG polyclinic to extract my tooth, last few regular visits were at the Marsling MRT, Woodlands Polyclinic.

looking at their charges, even with Blue Chas card subsidy, i will have to spend more effort to extract my tooth in Sg, so i'll try JB and review it. IINW, after a prolonged no visit to the dentist, poly clinic will charge 1st consultation fee again, x-ray i know mine needs, too many messed up teeth and extraction of the fractured tooth.
