just curious- will depression go away by itself?
No

You cannot tell someone that is depressed to just think positively and not be depressed, then expecting it to work

In essence, the richer you are, the higher tendency for you to be depressed

3 convenient ways to seek help and support on mental health:

i. Telephone hotline by dialling 1771;

ii. Mobile messaging service via WhatsApp at +65-6669-1771; and

iii. Online webchat through the chat widget hosted on mindline.sg website (https://mindline.sg/fsmh)

I guess I just haven't been feeling quite right for a few days now. Feel myself spiraling. Had a period of time like this a few years ago. I get these weird, inexplicable attacks every few years.

I could not talk to anyone earlier here because I was banned.

I'm trying hard to overcome it now before it gets any worse.

Been moping about for some time now, not doing anything. Ignoring all my chores. Ordering in for every meal.

Trying to watch stuff to laugh it off. Or cry it off.

Or just trying to sleep it off, but I can never get enough sleep. I can only do 2 or 3 hours max and wake up, ever since the jabs a few years ago.

I did see a doctor, our family GP, who was certified for psychiatry. He passed away this year in a sauna, on a trip to Japan.

Thank you for listening. I really appreciate you guys.
get a pet? try a cat? they can cheer u up?

Start by clearing your room. Throw away as many useless things as possible.
