this one is different case lah. for one, I believe they should increase enforcement. last week I have seen someone riding bicycle across overhead bridge at Teck Ghee. This morning same place, same time, I saw 4 LTA enforcers there waiting to catch such offenders.

to be frank, it's a very bad design. If you make people spend more and make it difficult to get the refund, it's a poor design.

It will be interesting to reveal exactly what role they envisaged "these people" who goes around to collect cans to play

If PAP is smart they'll realise these people are the true "worker ants" who'll make the scheme a success or not

Honestly its very difficult

There's lull periods for sure
But you need to hustle
Of course you need a proper game.plan then hustle

And some times you got something on so you can't hustle . End up your "takings" dropped by a lot
