this is a good scheme. I see lees cans and plastic drink bottles litter at public places. same like the plastic bag scheme, I think it is effective.

Who manage the clearing and cleaning of the machines? Town council cleaners?

[Mixxxy]

Then instead of ten cents, you only get 5 cents back. Cos need to pay for someone to collect floor by floor

[CrucifyMyLove]

how much is 1 machine¿

[AndroidComa]

those who are hosting these machines
吃力不讨好
still need to clear and clean DAILY!
so freaking smelly
later someone cannot get refund kpkb and make a nuisance in that place...

what they get?
i think nothing! other than it is law and they prevent getting penalty

[idolcritic]

Why not put a teleportation device in every home. Immediately teleport plastic to recycle centre.

[EdenHazard]

1 per hdb block seems reasonable. 1 per floor abit too much la

this one is different case lah. for one, I believe they should increase enforcement. last week I have seen someone riding bicycle across overhead bridge at Teck Ghee. This morning same place, same time, I saw 4 LTA enforcers there waiting to catch such offenders.
