The theory is that you want all consumable water to go through a certain checkpoint. If in the future, they need to add "something" to all consumed water or beverages, they can. This green thing is just a convenient excuse.

Suggest you go watch the TV series "Silo", where the protagonist tries to inject some "substance" into the drinking water to affect the population, then some characters in the show suggested the idea to drink from canned drinks to avoid the substance in the tap water. Anyway this one just TV series drama fiction.

Can just pump it into the reservoir.
No need to take so much trouble to inject into the drinks.

Gahmen dun understand , when retailers bring in stocks (to be storage in their warehouse) they dun bring in for next 2-3 mths nia so of cos cant clear all if notch many ppl bai on regular basis

ie. moi sure by nao gahmen hab stockpile enuff N95 masks and other haze-related medication/eye-drops for F1 if haze persists until then , no way they gonna cancel off the event
