Nothing wrong. Honest living. If sinkies throw away the bottles , they recycle, nothing wrong. I saw cleaners at city digging trash bins to look for bottles.

Think perhaps big problem is the digging of trash. Especially the recycle bin. Is seeing more doing that.

Alot of the trash are bagged properly. But when these trash diggers went through them. They tend unbagged them and leave the trash strewn around. Making a mess of the place. Attracting pest perhaps.

Many tend also don't use tools or wear protective gloves when they do such trash digging. The trash have bacteria and germs one. If they get cut or scratch or some infection out of it. Could fall seriously ill.

These together think might create a big sanitary and hygiene issue. Worse an epidemic resulting from trash related issue, if not handle properly.

If really so, local really is eat too full nothing find something do. Create a bigger problem out of it.
