the idea is to make you mafan to claim back the small money, but everyone else in the system making big money
The administrative and manpower cost of manual refunding is far higher than 10 cents

Everyone should just purposely make the claims.

Better if claim 10 cents by 10 cents, give the operators more work to do

See how long they can sustain

Sg garmen is never serious about environment and sustainability. All for show and wayang nia

$$$.

They are $$$ devils, demons in human skin ? When time for them to die, surely go hell to be torture for what they are and what they have done ? All the $$$ will turn into bits and bits of immense torture and suffering in hell for these people ?

These people will never go heaven or be forgiven ? Maybe they don't realise they are human and will die eventually and all the $$$ cannot bring along ?

When many many human cursing them, the almighty will hear and look into it ?

Recently I get 5 beers for $9.99, den the cashier add in another 0.50 for the can deposit which I never realise it, I keep asking the cashier it stated 5 for $9.99, why become $10++ now.
In the end, I buay song, tell the cashier I don't want it anymore and just walk out of the store 😂

if i am the scholar, i won't implement the additional 10 cents. Instead, i will give free 10 cents to the recycle items. Since Health365 can give free $5, for the sack of our environment, i think 10 cents is a small amount to give free of charge.

by giving free, it will definitely encourage a lot of people recycling. People will even go into dustbin and take out bottles to get free 10 cents, isn't this more helpful to the environment???

the recycling machine is getting very smelly and there's dirty liquid on the floor around it. how long will it last? it feels like a zero sum game. i really don't believe there is any profit to be made by anybody at all. it's just a testing project by civil servants because they got no better ideas

The problem is the 10¢ quantum is too small that many bochap. They should increase the quantum to maybe $2, then people will really start taking it seriously.
take seriously then how to earn. 10 cents ppl just close 1 eye. like NTUC 5 cents plastic bags. they testing w 10 cents now. later plastic bags will be 10 cents.
then this bottle **** will be 20 cents

training ppl to accept such taxes.

Because it’s not about recycling and saving the environment, it’s about front loading additional profits into canned drinks, hoping most people won’t even bother to claim back the ten cents.

I read sgx listed companies annual report. Got 1 company say they put several recycling bin in their business park in their sustainability report. I’m thinking like wtf, put recycling bin mean sustainability objectives achieved? Is like checking the tick box only
