I totally stopped returning all bottles liao. The wait is ridiculously long if there is just one of them there. The entire BCRS box needs an industrial redesign for rapid processing. Rate it like how many bottles it can process per second. These people are there with tens of bottles and now each bottle takes seconds to process.

I have used the machines few times, the BCRS machines stink, all got the chao sng beer smell~ the floor also stained with liquids~

confirm got smell since no one will bother to wash the bottles n cans

this afternoon i saw staff from cold storage open up the machine to take out all the bottles as the machine is full.
there is one big plastic bag with BCRS logo to hold all the bottles.
