I tried recycling this. There is no way that the machine can scan the code because the background is transparent. Sp when we buy this we are donating money without any ways to refund.

This is largely something for commercial enterprises

If they want to jack up collection rates they come up with plans to do so
Like higher incentives

Even Singapore Jacks up collection rate its mostly meaningless cos you can't make money off it

Moi suspect all the problems with the recycling program ish purposely inflicted.
By purposely inflicted means they thru informal means sabo the program.
Thish ish covert rather than overt.
