Anyone knows how to go about Divorce Procedure or Divorcing

if u dun wanna take leave and do multiple trips to court to do it yourself, jus pay a lawyer

make sure she agrees to the divorce n the terms or else it becomes contested then u 100% need lawyer

actually its still best to at least consult a lawyer ba

Many ppls go for agreement divorce to buy 2nd HDB. Giving that HDB is really good in rent-to-price ratio and appreciation. Better to let gov know this and prevent legal loopholes

the lawyer for my bro's divorce case is horrible.
she did not fight for my bro's interest, just want to agree to the other party's request so that she can close it fast to collect money.
she left the law firm and the boss of law firm deduct $500 from the final bill, it shows that the law firm also admit that it was wrong.
She started her own law firm and took up quite a few prominent cases like the ex-Mediacorp actor with underage gf case.
The famous 11 stab woman is a lawyer working under her law firm.

So, clearly she's a mixed bag of success.
