its just Msi fancy name. Just know that brands affect mainly the cooler of the graphics card. Among them all for the moment msi has the best one for gtx 970 but all are pretty decent due to the efficiency of the card. It cooler, draws half as much power as a 280x and is way more powerful. Also they are mostly silent with msi being best

Yes or h81 also can. Just get a Zotac gtx 970 cheaper brand and works well too

212 pwm is a cpu cooler , i saw alot ppl buy msi thought i perfer buy Asus but was $20 more . Maybe msi perform the same and cheaper , but is run cooler than Asus i believe , sorry i gtg bed its late already . happy buying tmr cheers
