Thanks for the input, I definitely would consider that. but previously one of the hwz member was saying about gpu compatibility with dual monitor, is there any issue with 970? (using dual monitor of 27")

No issues, jus dun expect high fps if running games on dual screens.

If its for single screen, den no pron. Btw, wads the res of the 27"?

1920x1080, i am thinking of one screen running the game, the other running probably internet, skype etc etc. wont be too often using both for gaming.

Thanks alot, will be gettin the zotac one then~ just one last qsn. Chassis is purely personal opinion is it?

Yes, but i would advise into looking at its features and specifications. Namely, gpu clearance, cpu cooler height clearance, number of mounted fans position (120 or 140mm), number of front usb3.0, position of i/o header.

U can watch unboxing of the chassis by linustechtips in youtube, to get a better feel.

And of coz, there are some ppl opinions on some particular cases, be it good or bad. Can take that into consideration as well.

May u shld list out the cases that you are interested in and we can advise accordingly.

Hey, if you are only doing basic rendering/programming, consider working with one stick of 8gb ram first? It will still work well as long as its not the primary usage of the computer. use the ~$90 savings for a better graphics card like zotac/palit 970.

Later on when got more money, and you feel like 8gb confirm not enough, its easy to add another 8gb stick.

Just an idea :)

Msi, palit or zotac 970?

Thanks alot for all the valuable feedback!

EDIT: Bought my desktop! Once again, thanks everyone for the help! =)
