At the price of GT1030, rather go for second GPU like GTX950/960 or GTX1050/1050Ti.
Saw a few selling around $100 - $200, these cards will perform and trash GT1030 easily.

Just settled with nephew's rig. the 1060 price went up again. was quoted $669 on Wednesday, and when i go over to check on Sat, it went up to $749. End up settle for 1030 in the time being.

Memory : TEAM T-FORCE NIGHT HAWK RGB 3200MHZ (4 x 8GB) 32GB KIT
Storage Drive : SAMSUNG 860 EVO SATA 2.5" SSD 1TB
Display : AOC 24G2 24" IPS, 1080P, 1MS, 144HZ, FREESYNC
Audio :EDIFIER R1280DB

Who can help me with my rig? :/

I think 970 Evo Plus is faster and better. There is some specifications that i read before existed in the 970 that 860 do not have.

Monitor I got the Asus 24" 144mhz monitor, now promotion at $266.

Go for second such card is not worth $559.
I still have GTX950/GTX1050 series, some games especially newer one will struggle.
At that price better look for second hand GTX1060 around $300 which I saw.
GTX1060 will outperform GTX1050 easily.
