the problem is the spammers use different numbers to spam everytime.

these spammers are usually 3rd parties which companies hire to spam on their behalf. so got pple or no pple call, its still a form of advertising channel for them. the best way to punish these pple who misuse information is to fine them and make it not worthwhile to gain with unethical business practices.

They just use some overseas call back system, to keep calling.
This DNC registry is useless.

imo they should punish the companies that employ these spammers also. not sure if its covered.
