This is a very sensitive topic.
So, I try my best not to stir any bad feeling.
Unfortunately, some of the tangki are possessed by some other entities instead of the actual deities.
We, as normal mortals, cannot make the differentiation.
I guess they will not be disturbed by the deities as long as they are not doing any bad deeds.
They also need some place and followers to build up their powers.

True. Its a sensitive topic. But i think its good to share whatever experience we had. Thats why i like to draw a comparison. Just like in trance. Long ago story. There were once i met a bomoh. He told me he have the 4 caliphs as protections. That time still new to Islam. Blur sotong. Followed his teachings. So that the caliph will protect me. Basket. My family had a hard time since then. My son still an infant. Every nite kana disturbed by those jinns. I wasnt aware. Until i contacted one of my Muslim friends. Hes holy type. So managed to get rid of those " caliphs" aka jinns. So actually we can tell the difference. Only two exists. Humans and Jinns. Just like mankind, tere are good and bad Jinns. But fm my experiences, i rather stay far away from such entities. But tats according to belief. Just to share with you. Those entities like to seek shelter in human body. If you are into supernatural stuffs, you guess you know what i mean.

The entities can get you what you want.
But, you must be able to provide what it wants to.
If the entities are of the higher rank, then you may end up having to perform some evil tasks for them.

True. Like i had mentioned, there are good and bad Jinns. Those very evil ones are the devils! There were once my friend told me 24/7 theres always a "bodyguard" in his house. Guarding his house. He felt so proud. Wahlou. I wouldnt want such entity in my home ya.

For our belief, when tat person dies, he will have a hard time in the grave. Thats only part one. Part two will be Day of Judgement. As for the entity, it may haunt the deceased family. Again depending whats the agreement between the deceased and the Jinn or the devil.

I know what is 草木神. I grew up in a temple. My late father owned one but I don't want to take over.

As for 分身 of the deities...... Ask real toaist on the difference in practices, meditation, scriptures & gods between toaism 道教 & ancient folks believe 民间信仰.

Yes the temple. 4 people set up the temple 起庙. My dad was the last one to pass on. All the children don't want to take over. Passed to his friend in the end & I washed my hands off. Only went down during festival until the temple closed down recently.

Not sure if related to this thread, recently I had 2 dreams.

First dream - happens in my own bedroom, in the dream, there is a spirit outside my bedroom and keep on turning the door knob, wants to come in.
I said no and told it to get out, it refused, so I went to my Thai amulet and wear it , then shout it out loud” you get out!” A few times.
Then I woke up. I was not wearing my amulet when I sleep, amulet was on my study table.

Second dream - I was sleeping in another bedroom.
in the dream there’s is a spirit wanting to pull me out of my body while I lying on the bed.
I felt heavy and struggled, I used my amulet to push against it, it seems to work but with resistant, to add power, I decided to chant heart sutra, chant about halfway, the spirit seemed lost the battle and purged out and I woke up.
Again , I was not wearing amulet when I sleep, amulet was in my bedroom, not in the room where i slept.

Heart sutra is the only scripture I known.
Don’t know what the dreams means.

You have to believe "they" exists. But they are not powerful as what most people think they are. Yes, those jinns can perform certain miracles like healing. They will do their masters bidding. But nothing is free. After each deed done, they may request something in return.

I believe “they” exist because I saw them. But I don’t believe I am the “chosen one”.

My most deep deep memory was the red clothes zeh zeh.
Pak game in mid night then like someone watching me. The door open de so can beo outside. See got 1 zeh zeh wear red clothes with long hair like those see in tv.
Maybe eye tired liao so don't care continue pak game then everytime i beo it back it still stand there. Later scare liao because many my previous encounter so far only can see some flash back not like tat happen

Someone in forum told me looks like Wat Pak Nam Roon 5, created from 1983 to the late 80s.

Ya I got read 地藏经 daily for around 6 months before I stop, it was recommended by a Taiwan shifu because he says I suit this mantra after seeing my bazi. Because I fully understand the mantra and practice it and I also feel I 心中有佛 Liao, don’t find the need to chant it daily anymore. I still got burn 烟供 daily though.

As for whether I am the chosen one, I believe then believe I am one. I don’t believe then don’t believe that I am one.

I currently tell myself not to believe because it will hurt my family by being selfless. But I still will do good things and try to accumulate good karma by constantly helping

I find it unbelievable that a bodhisattva is so free to dedicate his time to following u instead of helping more ppl. Just saying.
