PS: actually saturday's workshop was a good age... the first workshop 80% being NSF or currently students. They wouldn't have much industry knowledge to share .

It is good to plan and start early

Difficult to draw the lines between basic n advanced for FA.

As for more advanced level TA, it's pretty hard to teach and may not be beneficial to attendees as TA is mainly a personal journey in discovering risk appetite and what works for each individual

However that being said, I am contemplating splitting up the Fa and TA into different sessions.

I realised that 3 hours of mainly me talking, is quite tiring. For attendees, I also know it's hard to concentrate for the full 3 hours n the materials are not exactly light.

It might be better for the audiences and yourself! Some takes months to understand one of the topic while you tried to condense them into 3 hours workshop. It's very taxing on both sides.

Working full time then part time student where got considered young...because FA is too subjective that's why I only wanted to re learn TA as a refresher.

My 6th December Workshop had like 3 NSFs.... and like 3-4 current tertiary education students..
