Dun understand why some people so lazy cannot keep fit and have belly.

I feel most people in sg are tied down with work . Really want to rest and do other tasks during their free time .

I work about 14-16 days in a month. So I can commit to exercise at twice or 3 times per work min.

Disagree. I’ve seen rich busy executives driving nice cars going to gym excercise regularly every other day. If you have time to watch Netflix series, then definitely have time to go excercise.

Belly fats can be due to unhealthy choice of ingredients hidden among food causing visceral fats.
That's why there are skinny fat.

But I do agree with TS that I don't understand why people eat themselves so blardy fat.

I don't exercise much but I control my mouth and ate one meal a day for many years. :(

U don’t feel hungry? Won’t affect your concentration at work?

I have friends who say it’s easy to hit 10k steps a day. Just don’t drive or take taxi to work. Take public transport and it’s easy to hit.

Every month is about 20-22 days of work, so 14-16 is not little or lesser.

I work the 20-22 days but I still squeeze in 1.5-2 hours of exercise before work daily.

I drive, but I hit 10K easily.

Yesterday was about 19K by the end of the day. It's want to walk or not only.
