Just now went Jurong west st 52 there. MSW $10 each. Bought the king of king $13/kg but I got a slightly less price. MSW at this price consider cheap??

Just now they paid 200bucks for 9 durians. 4 Penang Red Prawn,5 KOKs. I couldn't resist the Red Prawn since everyone at Combat wacking it. They sold out everything by 9pm. First time I see so many ppl there. The red prawn deserve some special mention. N now I feel a bit heaty. Just a few durians I'm like that. No wonder the docs ask me stay away for a while.

Got some msw fr Mr Kho yesterday. Now it's 15/kg! But it's still taste fantastic

I went balestier combat and am absolutely disappointed. I was charged $34 for 6 seeds! I was quoted $20 per kg for msw. The quality is average. I only realised that there are only 6 when I reached home and one of the seeds cannot be eaten because it has a dark patch. It's my first and last time there. It was a huge durian so I suspect some are removed.

Shldve gone to 717. At least quality is assured.

I am not a durian expert, I don't know where to get the best durians.

There were only a few D24 and MSW left when I reached there last night. One guy quickly asked me if I am eating on location and hurriedly rushed me to go in and sit down even before I can ask any question, or specify what I want, or take a good look at the durians. He then brought a durian to my table after a few minutes. When I left the place, I noticed all the durians are sold out.

The reason I am willing to pay the high price at Combat is because I thought it is newbie/non-expert friendly. If I know how to choose, bargain and argue, I can just go to any ah beng durian shops.

Anyway, lesson learned. Now I can just eat the S$10 D13 near my place.
Note that I have had good KoK and MSW at Combat before.

Complain. I did complain that night I went. I think they overwhelmed. But not the reason I accept. I just told the uncle,good to eat but I feel that some durians not a lot of seeds.
