Anyone notice that the latest IHC app screw up google assistant linkage? The IHC app mess up my previous configuration and all my command. Revert back to previous update also wont work. Guess have to wait for new update.

Just to side track abit.
I bought quite a number of TC2 plug. 20% are spoil.
I wonder is quality check issues or my electrician spoil it.
Can i check if any one uses the capacitor?

Example, say 3 gang, one gang flicker or
the lights are on even thot i switch off. (is this normal ? or i need to reset?)

I installed the capacitor parallel to my LED light. If your light flicker , it is best that you install the capacitor.

One of my 3Gang TC2 keep spoiling :mad

The IHC app update might have been good for you alexa users. But they ****ed something up on google home side. see the app reviews and you'll know. even now i revert to old app version, i cant turn my lights on/off via voice like i could previously. weird.

No wonder i was trying to ask handphone google-assistant to turn on light but it didn;t work now, didn't realise was the IHC latest update issue. sheesh.

Hope they get it fix soon.

the one with the plus(+) is the latest version. RM pro+
as for RM pro3 is the previous version, technically specs wise they claim the plus version is enhanced.

but i do hear some people having issue with the RM Pro+ when using iPhones.
Not too sure bout that, you may need to dig more info.

Wow the IHC update really ****ed things up.
Now my lights not even appearing in Google Home.
Not to mention suddenly got Air Conditioner device which can't even be controlled and messes up my other voice commands such as heater (which I use to make my air con hotter)

I think another new ihc app is out. Maybe can fix the issue.

its really awful. Broadlink should really test their apps more thoroughly before release

Fix one thing, another thing arise. They should revert back to their old system. Non of the RF devices are recognised by google home. Only IR devices are detected but the aircon ir cant work also. Guess have to wait for them to sort it out.

Worst part is reverting to old version of app somehow doesn't solve the issue.

Revert to old ihc version, u may need to delink and link broadlink skill again, like a cache refresh. Perhaps it will work....

Revert to the older version solve the RF lighting 'handshake' with the rm pro hub but on the google side of things, it is not being detected. All we have to do now is wait for broadlink and google to come up with a solution.

Anyone have any idea why suddenly my alexa keep saying “XX device is not responding”?

I am using the rm pro to control my fan, tv and aircon.

About 2-3 weeks back, alexa refused to help me turn on my fan. I tried to reinstall the skills / log in but still not working.

When I use the IHC app, I can turn on / off those devices via my phone. So all the devices are working properly. Just not via Alexa.

Hi did you manage to solve this? My devices can be controlled via IHC app. Just early this morning, it stopped responding to Alexa.

Hi Guys,

Need some advise..
My unit is new bto 4 room. I am thinking of changing a 3 gang switch to 3 gang tc2 at the living room, however one of the switch is 2 way.

I am intended to make the 2 way connection 1 way.

Anyone knows for the 2 way, which is the master switch? The one at the living room or the one near the main door?

ie. I keep open circuit at main door, and connect L, L1 at living room switch if the living room switch connects directly to the lights?

Or there is a need to close electrical loop at main door to form a continuity to the light.

Any experts?

In IHC app, i create 2 Scenes,
DAC 1 = on auto 23c auto
DAC 0 = off

In Google Assistant, Settings [shortcuts], i create these shortcuts,
Turn on Master Aircon = turn on DAC 1
Turn off Master Aircon = turn on DAC 0

That will do the trick.
