If I backup my current iPhone with e-SIM profile, and restore as back up on my another iPhone, will my e-SIM profile be carried over as well?

If not transferred I need to pay $5 to activate the e-SIM profile on my other iPhone?

Its tied to the id of the phone. So yes $5 if need to reactivate on the other phone.

There are option to choose whether to keep your esim profile or not when I did restore on iOS 12, I think iOS 13 should be the same.

Lol ok bo bian. Wait for singtel to end their review how it impacts customer experience ba.

Yeah. Still waiting. A month after iPhone being launched still nothing. Can’t imagine StarHub brings if first making Singtel the biggest telco in Singapore to price eSIM the last.

I’m glad to have purchased local set with 1 physical sim slot and 1 e-sim slot. For travelling I use Airalo which utilises e-sim, cheaper than m1’s data passport and more convenient than purchasing a foreign sim card (also hate having to mess with the sim card slot tray). Additionally, don’t need to worry about activation fee from our local telcos.

Where you get the Airalo?
Is it for any country use?
