Ec price not much different from private condo now?

Staying beside MRT is great, but staying beside an above ground MRT need to think hard.. the noise level of the trains is no joke... and it comes every other minutes... lol

I’m not sure, but given that there are noise barriers being built now, it should help to some extend?

EC price is not much different from some privates, in a way you're right.

Only difference I see is :
• $30k grant if you're income is below 10k
• living in a "Singaporean" environment, in a way it might not necessarily be good cause SG people like to complain
• the layouts are more conventional and efficient, in a way people prefer the EC layouts for the last few launches

Agree on the complain part... Think anyone who stay before will know how irritating some people are. Pay a bit of money think they very big. Sometimes see already sibeh sian one. Then lot brain got problem one, anyhow throw rubbish, clog up refuse end up need to drawdown extra funds to service
