though mine is not severe, my elbows area are very susceptible to itch and breaking of skin. and recently I find that it helps to apply those 92% or 98% aloe vera gel. the gel is quite soothing and I even use it as moisturizer on my fave from time to time.

I have moderate severity eczema but has improved quite a bit now after I started implementing these routines everyday:

Avoid seafood completely
Drink lots of water everyday
Eat more vegetables and fruits
Moisturise skin after shower
Avoiding food that I'm allergic to.

Recently it seems like there are more and more cases of ppl experiencing better or recovery from eczema. Not sure if I shared any past experiences of mine here b4, if I did, this will be my latest update. A summary of myself first. This might be a long write, basically I had eczema since young like primary school p2 or p4. When I have more memory of eczema were poly army days. Basically im PES B, my case wasn’t bad. Just some patches on groin, face , arm… I can go outfield, training under the hot sun, fieldcamp wif mud rain water, touching aero grease.

But things start to worsen after I ord.. it start to flare up like every inch of me. Basically any parts of body u can think of , I have it. I have been actually visiting NSC since even when my case were mild, so if it can recover it will have already recover since it was mild. So the first time normally eczema ppl do is NSC or skin spec.. so I basically consumed quite a long time steroid since after I ord.. at least 2 to 3 yrs in my uni days.. after I grad im always looking for alternative other than western doc, as we know they can only give steroid or similar pill that suppress the condition.

Basically I have tried many many things/ways , from nsc to telok blangah tcm, emu oil, neem oil, dr wheatgrass , Egyptian cream and so on..,Now I wanna share 3 type of solution/ encounter that I went thru and I find it that my condition improving.

My first treatment in 2010– I will call it a half tcm and half western doc. I went for a talk by this doc in nus which he host a talk at, so he briefly go thru how he tackle eczema, basically is using herbs which he has been researching and formulated it into pill forms. He requires all his patient to go thru a process of quitting steroid for a mth including cream, before he start ur treatment.. so to cut short after 1yr I see improvement but its really slow process .. since I see improvement I continued till 2013. Till then I really feel good , just nice my first reservist 3wks, as a technician, need to work under the sun and sometime work under the sun as no vehicle to fetch.. jus as I finish my reservist, to my horror the eczema flare back.. which is quite a serious flare back, so serious that I even quite my job as my boss don allow unpaid leave for long period. So then I know I need to restart the healing process again just becos of the stupid sun… same treatment I go thru till 2014.

2014, my second effective treatment, jus happen to got the chances of doing allergy test by a shop, he did a series of test on the spot and use a machine to measure and u can get a result of common items we ppl handle often and might be allergy of. For some reason I gave up my first treatment which I forgot why and tried this new treatment. Their treatment is basically pumping electrical signal n freq into u and “calibrate” ur body. Recommended minimum 2 treatment a wk, a treatment cost ard 2k for 10 treatment which is on promo price which I got from groupon. Without pill just the treatment I experienced my eczema getting better.. so after that package I took up another package will my little saving. But after the second package, I have to give up as Im left with little saving cannot afford it anymore. Then I went on without any treatment till my bro bought me some pills from msia which is very effective. But recently appeared on news as in contain steroid. I ate that from 2015 till 2016 for a year plus. I did a blood test at NTFGH late 2015, it say everything ok.. so I assume till now my organs are still fine..

Till lately 2016, I happen to get to know this fren of mine selling supplement. He had a couple of client who also have eczema and also on healing process after consuming his product. Base on the photo of his client, none are as bad as mine. So I went to take up his product.. I did have some flare back after consuming his product and this was also warn by him earlier on before I took it so that I will not think that the product only worsen my condition. during flare back, I experienced my skin more itchy but this only last like a week.. after that the itch isn’t that terrible anymore.. but still skin will still itch. As for now consuming the supplement for 4mths, currently I feel this is the most effective and fastest result. Looking forward to full recovery now. If any1 is keen in the method above can msg me at 96683708, from there I will answer your doubt with my best knowledge.

If you really want to share, just post here, what for msg you leh...haiz...

yes it is.

he will take photos of your skin condition to keep track monthly.

he said its not a matter how long you got ezcema or psorasis.

its a matter whether you have used steroid creams or not.

if used before, it will take double or triple the time to recover completely than those who have not used steroid creams before.

he said i min need 2 years

and ask me don't eat chicken cos chicken got steroids..

Does the medicine have any side effects for young children?

I have on and off eczema behind my knee. It pops out whenever I am stressed. I have tried many products . The orange coal tar soap from Guardian helps , st Michaels Royal jelly cream helps . Ginvera Royal jelly bath foam ( in a curvy bottle ) helps . Some products worked for some time but became ineffective later .

freshly handmade natural soap- goat's milk and moringa

I started to made my own body soap because i have Eczema and am sick of using commercial soap which landed me in hospital. Therefore would like to help other ppl that have the same problem of finding a soap that can be used on our skin.

Made from unscented natural bases, 100% vegetable oil and natural goat's milk.
suitable for people with eczema and psoriasis.
does not irritate as it is close to skin pH lvl.
Ideal for face, hand and body(due to the light exfoliation from moringa, it is not recommended for people with weeping eczema or open wounds).
highly moisturizing and superior lathering.

No artificial Fragrances or colours
No Parabens
No SLS & SLES
No Petrochemicals
No Sulfates
No Silicones
No Detergent or Surfactants
No Mineral Oils
No Filler Wax
No Gluten

Ingredients: sodium cocoate(coconut oil), propylene glycol, sodium stearate(stearic acid), vegetable glycerin, water, sorbitol, goats milk, titanium dioxide, moringa leaf

Weight: +/-52g

Note: As this is a natural, high glycerin soap; you will experience ''sweat'' or ''glycerin dew'' when soap was left in the bathroom. This is normal especially in high humidity room (like bathroom) and our great weather. Here is some factoids: glycerin is a humetant- this means that the glycerin moisturizes by drawing water to itself.

Hope that peeps that think that you need help with soap finding problem and really need natural soap can look for me at 85111265.
