Hi all, just wanna share that I'm on week 5 of TSW. Feeling positive now as skin is healing without steroids but some nights really buay tahan really damn itchy. Gonna try suubalm anti itch.

We can do this :)

I moisturize the area every day and night, and ate orange and carrot every day. Vit A and C, good for skin health.
It's been 6 months about, long time, but i feel the improvement.
The affected area turned dark and kinda scabbed over.
The unaffected area though, where I moisturize, they look and feel like perfect skin, so nice and smooth 😂

Anyone use tubifast for open wounds? Any cheaper alternatives? Also what shampoo to use if ur scalp also inflamed?
