Just wanna ask is it common that usually people pass on the dealer even if no one wins but as long as there is a kong? I happen to play that way with my aunts but never heard of this rule before... Thanks in advance!

If the game ends in a draw -

1. Change dealer if anyone in that draw game got kang 4 of a kind.

2. Dealer remains the same if point 1. does not happen.

Hi all, can i check, i understand Ping Hu is all sequence with the pair not dragon tiles (fa cai, hong zhong and bai ban) or your own win or table win and cannot listen to one tile only and no flowers at all, will give you 4 tai.
Just wan to confirm the following:
1. If i have the above, but got flowers, considered 1 tai?
2. If i have 1 tai(eg. Got 1 animal tile) and i "hu" the above by listening to one tile, got +1 tai?
3. Den if i got 1 tai (eg. Got 1 animal tile) and i "hu" by listening to 2 tiles and but the pair is dragon tiles, got +1 tai or not?
Ie. 123-123-234-567-FAFA.
4. Similar to 3, if i got 1 tai and i am listening to 1 tile this time round, got +1 tai?

1. see whose flower, if got own flower +1 tai
2. you need to listen to 2 or more tiles to fulfil ping hu condition, listen 1 tile does not fulfil ping hu, since you got 1 animal =1 tai
3. pair is dragon tile or own wind or table wind does not fulfil ping hu condition= 1 tai

4. need listen at least 2 tiles , = 1 tai

for ping hu your eye cant be
fa cai, hong zhong , bai ban
seatwind
table wind

so you will have 1 tai only cos your eye does not fulfil the pinghu condition
