I still don't think we should discriminate the unvaccinated. Why? Because as the PAP said, over this past 1 month, more than 1,000 fully vaccinated people get infected, so in turn the vaccine is ineffective and doesn't help much to control the spread of the virus. I am sure unvaccinated people know the risks of more severe illness if infected but have their reasons for not getting the shots.
