Haha. What is good about Simba? Got signal bar also no connection, 5G speed slower than others 4G. Roaming is unstable (in Malaysia seems ok, in china the speed can hardly send WeChat messags). The only advantage is inclusive international roaming, but seems unstable.

I have to agree on this. Full signal but no connection. Always kena scam by this. Idk how many times i need to on/off airplane mode to reset.

On Starhub network, iphone cannot select volte. It is on by default. Cannot off.

if I sign up/port in at one of the retailers because marina square near my office, will I get the sim card there too? or I I need to sign up at marina square and still collect the sim card at lucky plaza?

You need the physical sim card to port in because need to register the sim serial no.

But I think the retailer will not issue you the sim card.
The website say only roadshow and service centre will issue the sim card.

Retailer is only for purchase transactions.

so even if I go to the retailer to sign up, I still need to go lucky plaza to collect the sim card? then might as well I sign up online and go lucky plaza directly. haha. thanks for the info
