Retailer cannot port in .. I think only service centre and roadshows can port in ..

Retailer is for registration to buy plan only. Like ah beng do the register for you but sim card need to collect at service centre.

Roadshow can collect physical sim card and port in together.

Wait wait ...

Can port in does not mean it will issue you the sim card.

As far as I know, the ah beng at handphone shop will do registration for you online.

It is the same as you doing online register yourself.
But it says sim collection is not at retailer.

So it might mean you need to go to service centre to collect the sim.

ported my SIMBA line to eight, no issue, port-in next working day. For eight, I went with eSIM.

mine got port in over night.
sign up on Tuesday morning and got port over Wednesday morning. all within less than 24 hrs.

It says 3 - 5 business day but a lot of people waited 7 days already but haven get it
